Bre | Flow + Relax | Mobility + Ease

Each class focuses on connecting with the innate inner intelligence through poses, breath, movement and sensation to cultivate a sense of ease and relaxation, so that you can flow with life on and off the mat. She is 500 hour certified and has trained with Veterans Yoga Project, LoveYourBrain, multiple Yoga Nidra styles, and is currently on the final stretch of an 800 hour Yoga Therapy program with Amrit Institute.
Most days you can find her out trail running in the wilderness or working on some "science experiment" with her indoor garden and various food creations.

Sarah | Mindful Movement


Full spectrum class based on traditional hatha yoga movement. Class will include centering, movement, breath work & time for stillness.
With 20+ years of Movement Arts in Teaching & studying ballet, multiple dance disciplines, yoga, pranayama, meditation, & ayurveda are all part of what makes me thrive. I enjoy gardening, music, bouldering, paddle boarding, travel, horses, painting, family time, books, starry skies and lots of laughter.

Peg | Stretch & Strengthen


A slower class aimed at improving mobility, strength, flexibility & balance for all ages and abilities.
Almost 30 years of experience learning & teaching all types of movement modalities. I'm an avid walker & LOVE living and hiking in the beautiful Black Hills!

Roxanne | Forrest Yoga

Through our sessions together we will dive into deep breathing, use intent setting to engage the mind in unifying body and spirit, and explore ways to build strength and release tension that are unique to your individual needs. Through this practice you will learn to cultivate a closer, more compassionate relationship with yourself. 
Roxanne is a Forrest Yoga instructor bringing forth her experience from a personal practice & teaching journey over the past 17 years. She is excited to inspire your curiosity & awareness both on and off the mat.

Blending yoga styles to strengthen, balance, and empower.
She is trained in DDP Yoga, 200hr traditional yoga along with Sound Healing, Third Eye Activation, & working on Prenatal & Khundalini Yoga.
